What does Cyberseni do?
We build and run the systems a service business needs to win more clients and grow: AI voice agents that answer the phone, an assistant for the back office, follow-ups, quoting, social media and one client record behind it all. We also build websites and online shops, run advertising and handle SEO and AI-SEO, so how people find you and how they are answered work together. Every project starts with a free audit.
Which businesses is this for?
Service businesses that live on calls, quotes and follow-ups: construction and trades, cleaning, clinics, salons, garages, transport, restaurants and hotels, property, legal and accounting practices, stone and interiors workshops. If a missed call or a slow quote costs you clients, it fits. Call volume and admin load matter more than company size.
How soon is the first system live?
A first working system is usually live in one to two weeks. We run the audit, agree the plan with you and launch in stages, so part of it works before everything is finished. Websites, shops and advertising have their own schedules, and you get the dates before work starts.
What is AI-SEO?
SEO decides where you appear when someone searches Google. AI-SEO decides what an AI assistant such as ChatGPT says when someone asks it who to hire. What does a website project involve?
We start with what the site has to bring in: calls, quote requests or bookings. Then structure, copy, design and build, with pages written for people and for AI assistants. You approve the structure before visual work starts, and at the end the site, the copy and the analytics sit in accounts under your name.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We build around your CRM, calendar, invoicing and email instead of replacing them. If a tool has an API or webhooks, we connect to it; if it has neither, we tell you during the audit, before you decide anything.
How is pricing structured?

Who owns the data?
You do. Every record, transcript, contact and page we create belongs to your business and stays in accounts registered in your name. We use it only to run your own systems, never sell it and never use it to train public AI models. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
What happens when an AI agent cannot handle something?
It hands over. When the agent is unsure, the call or message goes to a named person on your team with the conversation attached, so the customer does not have to repeat anything. Every handover is visible in the log.
What happens after launch?
We monitor the systems, review the results with you every month and adjust them as the business changes. If something breaks, we fix it. Changes to systems you already run are included in the monthly fee; new systems are priced separately.
